The loss ends their post-season run as they lose the series 4-2. Four of the games are decided by one goal, and while the season ends sooner than preferred, there's a lot to build upon. This marks their first post-season appearance in 4 years and they are clearly building a culture and winning environment where they expect to develop talent and compete for meaningful post-season games in May and June in pursuit of the ECHL Championship, the Kelly Cup.
