Clippers is a Championship Contender team. After LA Lakers they are holding the best record in the Western Conference. They have 2019 Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George is one of the best duo of this Season. Talking about defence they're better than Lakers. Paul George and Kawhi Leonard both are great Scores and defenders. Here is another latest NBA Standings video. Western Conference Standings: After 3 straight losses Lakers won over Nuggets by just 3 points. They are leading the West with 52 wins and just 18 losses. After back to back wins Clippers lost to the Nets and are currently holding 2nd position. Nuggets and Rockets stand no. 3 and no. 4 respectively. Jazz have won just 2 games in last 7 after restart and holding 6th position. With 5 wins in last 7 the Trailblazers have jumped to no.8. Now there's tough competition for last spot but Trailblazers have advantage over Grizzlies and Suns as each team is left with one game and Trailblazers are already ahead of them. Grizzlies lost back to back games to Raptors and Celtics so they slipped to no.9 and now who is their last opponent, Milwaukee Bucks best team in the East. So chances of them qualifying playoffs are almost zero. Suns have come strong after the restart. They haven't lost any game of last 7. They still have little chance of qualifying playoffs if Trailblazers loose. With back to back losses the Pelicans have slipped to no.13. Eastern Conference Standings: As we all know Milwaukee Bucks is holding the best record in the League this Season. With last 2 wins the Raptors have become 3rd team to win more than 50 games in this Season. They are holding 2nd position in east with 51 wins and just 19 losses. Here the Standings are unchanged and the playoffs teams are fixed. Last 7 teams in the East are way behind top 8. No team has won even 25 games. I feel there is not much to discuss about this part. Hello everyone! In this video I have discussed about the NBA Standings on August 01, 2020. Western Conference Standings: After victory over Clippers, the Lakers lost to the Raptors by 15 points. This is their 15th loss in this Season. But other teams are not even close so they'll remain no. 1 in the West. The Clippers defeated Pelicans by 23 points and are currently holding 2nd position. Nuggets and Jazz are constant at no 3 & no. 4 respectively. Thunder defeated jazz and secured 5th position while with the same no. of wins and losses Rockets are Standing at no. 6. Mavericks lost to the Rockets in Overtime but they need single win to clinch playoffs and they'll definitely do it. Grizzlies are no. 8 seed. Chances that they are qualifying for playoffs are higher as their competitor is Trailblazers and Trailblazers have games with Celtics, 76ers like teams. Golden State Warriors was 2nd best team of the last Season but currently they are holding the worst record winning just 15 games in this Season. After losing back to back matches, Pelicans' hope of qualifying playoffs has lost. They are no. 12 seed. Spurs won against Kings by 129-120 so jumped to no. 10 leaving back kings at no 11. Eastern Conference Standings: Milwaukee Bucks are dominating the East since the beginning of this Season. They have won 54 games with just 12 losses. Raptors defeated lakers and are holding no. 2 position. Celtics are no. 3 seed with 43 wins and 22 losses. Defeating Nets, the Magic have jumped to no. 7 and are close to secure playoffs spot. With this loss nets are now slipped to no.8. No team from second part is qualifying for playoffs as they are way behind the Magic and Nets. Wizards are at no. 9 with 24 wins and Hornets at no. 10 with 23 wins.
