The offseason hasn't even begun yet, and the Ohio State football team is already starting to see a lot of turnover. In the last couple of days, cornerback Ryan Watts was the latest Buckeye to hit the transfer portal, and defensive end Tyreke Smith committed to play in the Senior Bowl.
