Verona vs Lube | Highlights | Superlega Play Offs | Semifinals Game 1. Rana Verona made a big statement in Game 1 of the SuperLega semifinal with a strong 3–0 win over Cucine Lube Civitanova taking the early lead in the series. Match details: Italian SuperLega 2025 26 semifinals Game 1 Played on April 5 2026 in Verona Final score: Verona 3–0 Lube Civitanova 34–32 25–21 25–21 This was a straight sets win but the match was much closer than it looks especially in the first set which ended 34–32 and completely changed the flow of the game. Verona stayed calm in the most important moments played better in long rallies and took their chances when it mattered most while Lube had opportunities but could not finish under pressure. After that intense first set Verona gained confidence and controlled the rest of the match One important factor is that Lube came into this match after a tough period including their recent Champions League exit which may have affected their energy and preparation. Verona on the other hand looks in great form and continues to show they are a serious title contender this season. Series update: Verona leads 1–0 Next match Game 2 will be played in Civitanova on April 8. Lube now needs to react quickly because Game 2 is already very important while Verona will try to keep the momentum and move one step closer to the final.
