Washington State women's basketball have swept the Apple Cup series after defeating Washington 57-43 on Sunday, January 30th in Seattle. The Cougars, who also beat Washington on Friday (Jan. 28), relied a strong defense that held the Huskies to just eight points in the fourth quarter. Charlisse Ledger-Walker led the Cougars with 19 points, but Johanna Teder has the game's top highlight, draining a half-court shot ahead of the buzzer at the end of the first quarter.
