Catching up with Tristan Thompson [Oct. 25, 2012]

Tristan Thompson (2010-11) is one of six NBA Draft lottery picks from Texas. He was selected as the No. 4 pick by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2011 NBA Draft (third-highest pick in school history). During his one season with the Longhorns, Thompson was named Big 12 Freshman of the Year and USBWA Freshman All-America First Team and led the team in rebounding, blocked shots, field goal percentage and double-doubles. His 86 blocks rank fourth on the UT single-season list.
