Memphis freshman Emoni Bates and junior Landers Nolley II joined the media after the Tigers' 88-49 win over the Lane College Dragons on Sunday, October 31st. Bates had an impressive showing after sitting with a thigh bruise, and he finished the game with 12 points, four rebounds, three assists, a block and a steal and led the group with 21 minutes. After missing the first exhibition, Landers Nolley looked great against Lane, and he led the team with 18 points, four assists, five steals and two rebounds in 16 minutes off the bench.
