The FA Cup is a magical competition that holds a huge amount of historical importance. Over the years, I've felt that fans of the bigger clubs have lost touch with the tournament's appeal. Big clubs tend to field weaker teams until the later rounds and fans tend to treat early round games as a nuisance. Against all the odds, Oxford City FC, a team in England's 6th league, made it to the 2nd round via a resounding victory over League 1 side Northampton and now face Shrewsbury. I interviewed Mick Livesey, Oxford City's Commercial Director to ask him about the club's fairytale journey, his vision for the future and everything they do for the community. He is one of the most genuine, passionate and committed person I've ever spoken to in football and I urge everyone to learn from his outlook on football and community engagement.
