Everyone remembers the Ray Allen three from the corner with the Miami Heat on the verge of elimination. It’s a shot that will live as one of the great clutch jumpers in NBA history. It also kept the Heat from losing their second NBA Finals in three seasons. On this episode of Distant Replay, we go back to that heavyweight matchup between the Spurs and the Heat on June 18, 2013. It was game six and San Antonio looked like it was on the way towards another title. But a Chris Bosh offensive rebound and dish out to Allen sent the game to overtime, where the Heat would close it out, 103-100, and go on to win game seven in Miami.
