The Story of Diego Maradona
From the slums of Buenos Aires to becoming the greatest footballer on Earth, Diego Armando Maradona took Napoli from the bottom half of Serie A to two scudettos and turned a decent Argentina team into 1986 World Cup winners. On November 25 2020, world football / soccer lost one of its greatest players and biggest characters of all time at the age of 60. In this video, HITC Sevens pays tribute to Diego Maradona following his death, looking back on some of his highs and lows, and what made El Diego so special.
