North Carolina Central University women's basketball team earned their FIRST ever MEAC Tournament in the school's history in DI. The Eagles finished with a score of 80-64. Junior forward Paulina Afriyie had a team-high 21 points and game-high 10 rebounds. Senior forward Caira Benton also contributed with 17 points and 8 rebounds.
