FOLLOWING in the footsteps of a certain Lubo Moravcik by scoring a double on his Glasgow Derby debut, Reo Hatate continued his flying start in a Celtic shirt by effectively ending Wednesday’s match with Rangers as a contest before the half-time whistle had even sounded. If his two goal contribution wasn’t enough, he also then provided the assist for Liel Abada’s goal to make it 3-0 by the interval, ultimately leading Celtic back to the top of the Scottish Premiership table. Tino, Mif & Paddy are on the mics this week to dissect the derby as Celtic blew away their Glasgow rivals with an incredible first half performance. Also on the agenda is the equally impressive showing against Motherwell at Fir Park on the weekend, with the Hoops going one better by scoring 4 on the day without reply. Some key fixtures await this, with a further 6 fixtures across 3 competitions to navigate during the remainder of February. The first of those is another tough midweek away fixture, this time to Pittodrie, as Aberdeen wait in store for Ange Postecoglou’s men. The games can’t come quick enough for the fans as the Hoops continue to hit new heights under the Australian’s leadership. With 6 wins from 6 in 2022 the Bhoys will be doing all the can to extend that record. 0:00 Welcome To The Celtic Exchange Weekly - Reo Bravo, Celtic Find Top Form in February 5:36 This Week's Agenda on The Celtic Exchange 6:12 Celtic v Rangers - Glasgow Derby Review 24:04 The Psychological Impact of Victory Over Rangers 31:15 Celtic v Motherwell - Review (Tom Rogic Appreciation Segment) 46:32 Celtic's Hectic February Fixture Schedule 50:44 Celtic v Aberdeen - The Preview (Including Mystic Mif's Prediction) 59:15 Celtic in the Europa Conference League (Bodo Glimt) 1:00:49 Episode 56 - "Reo Bravo" - Closing Comments #celtic #celticfc #reohatate If you're enjoying The Celtic Exchange please support us by sharing this episode far and wide with your fellow Celtic supporters - it really makes a big difference to what we do. CELTIC took a step closing to reclaiming the Scottish Premiership Title, with a 1-1 draw in the Glasgow Derby maintaining the 6 point gap at the top with just 3 games to play. Jota showed he was the man for the big occasion with the opening goal and went on to claim the Man of the match award with an impressive all round performance. The Hoops are now honing in on what would be an incredible title for Ange Postecoglou and his men and another huge game now awaits against Hearts at Celtic Park on Saturday. The Bhoys also swept the boards this weekend at the Scottish PFA (Professional Footballers Association) Awards this weekend with Ange Postecoglou (Manager Of The Year), Callum McGregor (Player Of The Year) and Liel Abada (Young Player Of The Year) leading the way. Tom Rogic also picked up the Goal Of The Season Award for his brilliant solo effort against Dundee United in December. Tino, James & Paddy were on the mics to cover all of the above and more in this week's episode of The Celtic Exchange. 0:00 Welcome To The Celtic Exchange Weekly: Celtic Closing In On Scottish Premiership Title After Derby Draw 2:45 Celtic v Rangers - Post Match Analysis 7:28 Jota's Goal & Man of the Match Performance 17:57 The Conundrum of Kyogo Furuhashi & Giorgos Giakoumakis 22:41 League Tables, PFA Awards & A Measure of the Best Team in Scotland 26:13 Celtic's Official Player of the Year Awards 32:49 Special Recognition Award - Wim Jansen 38:47 Remaining League Fixtures - Celtic v Hearts Preview 46:15 Unnecessary Celtic Negativity In The Mainstream Media 47:18 Closing Comments - The Celtic Exchange Weekly, Episode 67 #scottishpremiership #celtic #thecelticexchange If you're enjoying The Celtic Exchange please support us by sharing this episode far and wide with your fellow Celtic supporters - it really makes a big difference to what we do. Celtic grabbed a vital away win at Ross County at the weekend thanks to goals from Kyogo Furuhashi and Jota which leaves Ange Postecoglou's men on the verge of reclaiming the Scottish Premiership title at the first time of asking. Making his first start since December, Kyogo headed home his 17th goal of the season and showed glimpses of his brilliant best in what was a crucial result in the Highlands. Not to be outdone, Jota also had his best game in recent times, providing the assist for Kyogo and then sealing the result with a late strike of his own to ensure Celtic left with all 3 points. Many speculated of a slip up against a confident County side, but as always Ange Postecoglou and the players blocked out all external noise to continue an impressive run of league form that has now seen us win 24 and draw 4 of our last 28 games. Ange’s men now hold a 6 point lead going into the final 4 league fixtures, meaning a win at Celtic Park in Sunday’s final Glasgow Derby of the season would effectively (though not mathematically) see the league title begin its journey back to the East end. Will Kyogo finally start the game in the No.9 role? Will Giorgos Giakoumakis return to provide some physicality? Will GT3 grab another goal? Whatever happens Celtic Park will be brimming with anticipation on what could turn out to be a very beautiful Sunday. Tino, Mif & James were on the mics to discuss all of the above and more in this episode of The Celtic Exchange Weekly. 0:00 Welcome To The Celtic Exchange Weekly: Celtic Win Away At Ross County To Set Up Derby Decider 1:47 Ross County v Celtic - Post Match Analysis 11:13 Kyogo Furuhashi Back Amongst The Goals 16:38 Celtic's Impressive Team Unity 26:25 A Full Pre-Season For Maeda, Hatate, O'Riley & Co. 30:25 Celtic v Rangers - Final Glasgow Derby of the Season 36:42 Will Ange Start Kyogo or Giakoumakis?
