The Yankees score five runs by stringing hits together scoring four runs in the second inning off a sac fly by Brett Gardner, an RBI single for the Bronx kid Andrew Velazquez and a two RBI Single from Anthony Rizzo. Velazquez would also provide an insurance run in the eighth with another RBI Single to make it 5-1. The Red Sox would score one more in the ninth, a home run by Hunter Renfroe off a rusty Aroldis Chapman. But the Bronx kid comes and makes a phenomenal play at short to end the game!
