Kids jumping rope on a dumb in Africa- jump rope travel Tanzania, Uganda & Kenya

Jump Rope inspired me to inspire Why I’m making a living from jump rope? Throughout my 2.5 years of traveling, where I sought to learn more about people and culture, I had the privilege to spend my time coaching jump rope in more than 10 countries. One day I jumped on a dump in Tanzania, teaching kids how to jump rope and seeing them forget their worries for a moment. This was the moment that changed my life and made my vision clear that jump rope can change lives. Sport brings people together. No matter what. I wanted to share this feeling everyday through making a living from jump rope to inspire others to follow their dreams and stay positive even in hard times. The most touching time was when I spent 6 months volunteering in Africa. I coached in 5 countries to support coaches with my knowledge and provided skipping workshops for kids and adults. In Mozambique, I did show demonstrations to raise money for their rope skipping teams to buy new equipment. In Kenya, I coached 100+ kids at the same time in an orphanage, and saw kids walk several kilometers in the hot sun in Uganda to meet me and jump rope all together under a big tree. Apart from my social engagement, I got invited to coach world class athletes in France, Australia and Hong-Kong successfully. ▬ Mira Waterkotte▬ ‪www.jumprope-expert.com‬ Instagram: ‪https://www.instagram.com/mira_wate/‬ ‪Tik Tok: ‬https://vm.tiktok.com/XAcLsV/ twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/mira_wate My rope: https://jumprope-expert.myshopify.com
