No. 21 FGCU defeated second-seeded Liberty to capture the program's eighth ASUN Conference Women's Basketball Championship with an 84-62 victory Sunday afternoon inside the KSU Convocation Center. The top-seeded Eagles were led in scoring by Championship MVP Kierstan Bell who recorded 30 points to go along with nine rebounds, seven assists, three steals and two blocks.
