WHAT A COMEBACK! SCENES!!!! We did it again more late goals this time to stop top of the league getting 3 points. First half i felt first 30 minutes we were the better side and I don't feel either side deserved to go in front. But Nathan Blissett scored as their midfielder got past Ashmore and it landed to him so he could smash it home. The second half started and fleet were poor and no one was really suprised when Tyrone marsh headed from a corner to make it 2-0. Was that it? No of course not. A knock down landed to Kedwell but he unfortunately smashed it over. But in the seventieth minute Dave winfield is brought down in the box and fleet get a penalty. Kedwell steps up and slots it home much to the jubilation of the fans. 3 minutes later though, one of the macclefield's scorers' got in a tumble with winfield and was sent off. The goal seem just a matter of time. Then Whitley down the wing squared it back to Rance who smashed it home making it 2-2 creating more scenes. But, after a couple of half- chances fleet couldn't manage to create the great comeback. 2 points dropped for Maccs and 1 gained for fleet who now have must win against wrexham on Tuesday. But with fight and spirt like that who knows what we could do.
