Gareth Bale endured a "rough time" under former Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho, his agent Jonathan Barnett has told SNTV. Bale, 31, returned to Tottenham in September on loan from Real Madrid but started just six Premier League games under Jose Mourinho prior to his sacking in April. The Wales international has since started in Ryan Mason's first three league games as interim head coach, scoring four goals including a hat-trick against Sheffield United last week. Barnett - whose agency ICM Stellar represents over 800 athletes - also compared Mourinho's powers to Roman general Julius Caesar's ability to command a modern army. The 'super agent' also poured cold water on rumours that Manchester United were leading the race to sign Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish, saying there are 'many clubs' interested in the England star. Barnett also heaped praise on 18-year-old Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, telling SNTV the 'best young player in the world' is ready to sign for one of Europe's 'top clubs' in the next transfer window. #GarethBale #EduardoCamavinga #JackGrealish #TransferNews #TransferTalk #JoseMourinho SOURCE: SNTV SOURCE: The Football Association SOURCE: POOL SOURCE: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR Visit the WeShow Football store: https://www.youtube.com/weshowfootball/store #WeShowFootball features previews, reactions and behind-the-scenes footage from Europe's elite football competitions.
