Draymond Green sang high praises to his counterpart, the reigning MVP, Nikola Jokic, for his greatness in their five-game series. "I told him to thank you for making me better," Green said after they eliminated the Denver Nuggets in Game 5. "It's an honor and a pleasure to play someone so skilled. Usually, when you have talented and skilled guys, they're soft. And he's far, far from soft. He's an incredible player." Jokic was exceptional despite having foul trouble in their final game. He kept the Nuggets in step, but Stephen Curry cooked them at the end. With the Golden State Warriors moving on to the next round, they now set their eyes on the Minnesota Timberwolves-Memphis Grizzlies series as they prepare their game plan for whoever will advance on the two squads.
