Caleb Wilson's season ending injury might be one of the great "What If" stories in recent UNC basketball history. A fully loaded UNC team is a different March Madness conversation entirely, but the Heels showed enough without him and the loss to Duke didn't fundamentally change the narrative. Now it comes down to two questions -- Will the NCAA Tournament selection committee give the Tar Heels credit for what they built without Caleb Wilson? And should surviving the first weekend be the real benchmark for Hubert Davis this season?
