2010 Brawl of the Wild: Montana State at Montana - Big Sky Football

The eighth-ranked Bobcats downed No. 11 Montana 21-16 in Missoula, becoming just the second MSU team since 1986 to win at Washington-Grizzly Stadium. Montana State finished the regular-season 7-1, 9-2. The Grizzlies trailed Montana State 21-14 at the half, and had every chance to beat the Bobcats for the fifth straight season. The Grizzlies committed four second-half turnovers, including two inside the MSU 10-yard line. Another UM drive stalled inside the MSU 20-yard line when the Grizzlies failed on a fourth down. Orenzo Davis rushed for 140 yards and a touchdown for the Bobcats, while freshman QB DeNarius McGhee tossed a pair of touchdown passes on a cold and windy day in Missoula. Montana senior Chase Reynolds rushed for 180 yards and scored on a 59-yard run on the Grizzlies' first offensive play. Montana State snapped Montana's 23-game home winning streak, and also ended the Grizzlies' 20-game conference home winning streak.
