2014 Brawl of the Wild: Montana State at Montana - Big Sky Football

No. 13 Montana 34, No. 12 Montana State 7: Montana senior QB Jordan Johnson threw for 313 yards and three touchdowns, and rushed for 80 yards to lead the Grizzlies to their second straight win over Montana State. Montana's defense intercepted five Bobcat passes and recovered two fumbles, holding the Bobcats scoreless for the 54 minutes of the game. Safety Matt Hermanson intercepted three passes and finished with eight tackles. Senior defensive end Zack Wagenmann finished with a sack and two forced fumbles. He became the school's all-time sack leader. Wagenmann, a candidate for the Buck Buchanan Award, finished the regular season with 13.5 sacks and 18.5 tackles for loss. Montana running back Jordan Canada rushed for 119 yards, rushed for a touchdown and caught a touchdown. Montana State quarterback Jake Bleskin, subbing for an injured Dakota Prukop, completed 15-of-28 passes for 145 yards and was intercepted five times. A Washington-Grizzly Stadium record crowd of 26,352 was on hand.
