High Dive Goalkeeping Practice | A Goalie Drill to improve your High Diving Saves | Goalkeeper Saves
Watch this video if you want to see a goalie drill to work on improving your high diving saves... ⚽SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/HenrySaveAll/ This is a really simple training drill to work on high dives. Place 3 hurdles or cones along one side of the goal about 1 yard out. Start by jumping sideways over each hurdle with a 2-footed landing until the last hurdle. Your landing over the last hurdle should be a 1-footed landing on your nearest leg, plant your offside foot down afterwards which gives you the momentum to push off for the high dive. The service needs to be a strike off the ground (or a throw) just as you land before the last hurdle jump to get the timing right. Experiment with this to get it right and you'll be flying into those top corners in no time.
