The IWRF Wheelchair Rugby Division B European Championship 2018 will be played in the Pajulahti Paralympic Training Center, Lahti, Finland on 7–15 of October. The match days will be 10–14 of October. All the matches will be played in the Ball Game Hall of the Pajulahti Main Building. Top two teams will be promoted to the Division A and the bottom two will be relegated to the Division C.

The IBSA Goalball A Division European Championships 2017 is held on 18–22 of September in the Pajulahti Sports Institute, Finland. The ten best teams of the continent, both men and women, are taking part in the event.
