Denmark midfielder Thomas Delaney pulled off a spectacular scorpion kick finish during training with the national team. The Borussia Dortmund player had his first effort saved, the goalkeeper's parry sending the ball over his head. A bit of quick thinking from the midfielder saw him flip forward, striking the ball with his heel and sending it past the keeper into the top left corner. The 38-year-old goalkeeper Ricardo Nunes scored directly from his own box as his side, Varzim, won 2-0 at home to Mafra in LigaPro in Portugal. Believe it or not, it's actually the second goal the keeper has scored in his career. With the score at 1-0 just after the start of the second half, Nunes kicks the ball from his hands deep into the opposition half. After one bounce, the ball loops over Nunes's bemused opposite number. José Mourinho criticised the attitude of his players after Tottenham crashed out of the Europa League. Mislav Orsic scored a hat-trick, including the winner in extra-time, as Croatia's Dinamo Zagreb stunned Spurs 3-0 on Thursday to overturn a 2-0 deficit from the first leg and reach the Europa League quarter-finals Subscribe to Guardian Football ► http://is.gd/GuardianFootball José Mourinho attacks Spurs attitude after dismal Dinamo Zagreb defeat ► https://www.theguardian.com/football/2021/mar/18/dinamo-zagreb-tottenham-hotspur-europa-league-match-report The Guardian publishes independent journalism, made possible by supporters. Following their win over Atlético, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel said he was 'happy for [his] players'. He added that to make the last eight was 'already a big step' but that he felt 'no one wants to play' his Chelsea side in the quarter-finals. Chelsea came into the tie with an away goal after the first leg in Madrid. After an early penalty scare, Tuchel's side kept another clean sheet as Hakim Ziyech and Emerson Palmieri scored on the counter attack Subscribe to Guardian Football ► http://is.gd/GuardianFootball Ziyech and Emerson steer Chelsea past Atlético and into quarters ► https://www.theguardian.com/football/2021/mar/17/chelsea-atletico-madrid-champions-league-match-report 'No one wants to play us': Tuchel talks up Chelsea's European chances ► https://www.theguardian.com/football/2021/mar/17/thomas-tuchel-chelsea-champions-league-atletico-madrid The Guardian publishes independent journalism, made possible by supporters. There's almost too much to analyse with this remarkable strike from Italy's Serie B. Cremonese's Michele Castagnetti scores an extraordinary goal deep from within his own half after the ball bounced once after a clearance from Virtus Entella's goalkeeper. Castagnetti struck the ball sweetly and ferociously with his left foot as it looped high over everyone on the pitch, including Entella's keeper. The ball didn't bounce after leaving his foot and ending up in the back of the net. Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson has backed Wilfried Zaha's decision not to kneel before Premier League games. The winger stood before Saturday's win over West Brom, an action he hopes will highlight that more needs to be done to fight racism. In statement, Zaha said: 'There is no right or wrong decision, but for me personally I feel kneeling has just become a part of the pre-match routine and at the moment it doesn't matter whether we kneel or stand, some of us still continue to receive abuse.' Premier League clubs started taking a knee before kick-off to support the Black Lives Matter movement. Scott Parker has responded after his choice of jacket on the touchline in last Sunday's win at Liverpool went viral. 'I thought it was quite tame really,' Parker joked. But the Fulham manager added the jacket 'will stay on' as long as the team keep winning. Parker also paid tribute to Pep Guardiola, calling the Manchester City coach the best in the world. Fulham host the Premier League leaders on Saturday as they look to keep their bid for survival on track.
