The Vegas Golden Knights defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 4-3 in game 5 tonight. Vegas won the series 4-1 and will advance to round 2 next week. Chicago got the early lead scoring 2 goals in the first 18 minutes, but then the Golden Knights answered scoring 2 goals in 1:30 seconds of game time. Later on, Alex Tuch scored the game winner, to make the score 4-3. Corey Crawford saves 35-39, while Robin Lehner stopped 23-26 shots. The Vegas Golden Knights defeated the St. Louis Blues 6-4 in their second round robin game. Alex Tuch and Shea Theodore both scored two goals for the VGK.
