PBC FIGHT HIGHLIGHTS: Spence vs Tszyu | July 25, 2026

Australian superstar and former world champion Tim Tszyu took home a unanimous decision victory over former unified world champion Errol “The Truth” Spence Jr. in their middleweight bout that headlined a PBC Pay-Per-View event available on Prime Video and DAZN Saturday night (U.S. date and time) from Afterpay Arena in Sydney Australia. “Middleweight is my new division and I feel strong,” said Tszyu. “This was one hell of a show. There were sleepless nights where I was thinking about facing a legend like Spence. I understand why he’s one of the greats.” In a pivotal showdown for two fighters looking to return to world championship glory, Spence (28-2, 22 KOs) and Tszyu (28-3, 18 KOs) each landed big shots in round one, with Tszyu knocking Spence off balance with a right hand before Spence responded with a clean left hand that Tszyu appeared to take well. The first half of the fight saw a back and forth effort with the two fighters trading strong rounds as Spence targeted Tszyu’s body early while Tszyu primarily scored with right hooks against his southpaw opponent. In his first fight in nearly three years, Spence seemed to have trouble keeping up his early round activity through the middle rounds of the fight, as the younger Tszyu began to implement a body attack of his own. “The advice from corner was to get in there,” said Tszyu. “I’m trying to replicate Kostya Tszyu and my trainer Jeff Fenech, if I can be half as great as them, I’ll go down as a great man.” When the fight entered the championship rounds, Spence came out looking to change the tide of the fight and fought valiantly, but was often met with thudding shots from Tszyu, much to the delight of his hometown Australian fans. Tszyu punctuated his performance with a smartly fought final round, peppering Spence with carefully selected shots to the head and body that forced his opponent to back up again and again. In the end Tszyu was able to pull away on the cards and keep his family’s perfect record in Australia intact with scores of 118-110 and 117-111 twice. “I’d love to fight for a world title. I want Erislandy Lara and all the champions,” said Tszyu. “That’s what I’m aiming for. But beating a great like Errol Spence tops any world title for me.” After the fight, Spence addressed his future while giving Tszyu credit for his performance. “It was a good fight and congratulation to Tim,” said Spence. “It’s been a great event and everyone has treated me well. It was a good showing by Tim. “I answered a lot of questions for myself and now it’s time to go home with my family and start a new life. I’ve got my faculties intact and my money is working for itself. I’m thankful to leave this sport with my family by my side.” #SpenceTszyu #ErrolSpenceJr #TimTszyu Visit PremierBoxingChampions.com for more info. ROLLY ROMERO gets HEATED in the GYM 😳👀 #shorts

Errol Spence Jr’s return to boxing against Tim Tszyu will be available through DAZN pay-per-view and thus to DAZN Ultimate tier subscribers, along with Premier Boxing Champions’ usual Prime Video PPV home. The good news for those with DAZN’s Ultimate tier subscription is that they now have to pay nothing extra to easily and legally watch Spence vs Tszyu, which will air on Saturday, July 25. Spence (28-1, 22 KO) will be fighting for the first time in three years, nearly to the day, after his 2023 loss to Terence “Bud” Crawford, which was a one-sided thrashing. The former welterweight titleholder is moving up to 154 lbs and going on the road to face Australia’s Tszyu (27-3, 18 KO), who is 3-3 in his last six fights but still has an ability to bring action. The undercard will feature another return, as Jermall Charlo comes back to face Koen Mazoudier, and a super featherweight bout between Stephen Fulton and Liam Wilson. Tim Tszyu has cranked up the mind games ahead of his July 26 showdown with Errol Spence Jr in Sydney, suggesting the American is staring down a career-ending night. With just 25 days to go, Tszyu believes Spence’s long-awaited return from a near three-year layoff will end in brutal fashion – and be the final fight of his career. Spence is finally back after his 2023 defeat to Terence Crawford, stepping up to a new weight without a tune-up fight against what Roy Jones Jr this week described as a “highly dangerous” opponent. Tszyu, though, reckons the comeback won’t last long. “It’s the last hurrah for Errol Spence,” Tszyu told Ring Magazine. “Get in and watch his last fight.” “The Truth” has spoken about looking forward to the trip Down Under, even discussing holiday destinations and life beyond boxing. Former world champion and commentator Sergio Mora believes that’s a red flag heading into a fight with Tszyu – and the Australian couldn’t agree more. “If he’s already talking about holidays and retirement plans, then this is his last goodbye,” said Tszyu. Tension between the pair has been simmering, with Spence sensationally refusing to shake Tszyu’s hand during a backroom encounter in Las Vegas in May. Terence Crawford will be ringside to watch Errol Spence Jr’s comeback fight against Tim Tszyu. The fight marks Spence’s long-awaited return after three years out of the ring. The former unified welterweight champion has not fought since suffering the only defeat of his professional career, a ninth-round stoppage loss to Crawford in their undisputed showdown in 2023. Now 36, Spence moves up in weight to face Tszyu at a 158lb catchweight, having linked up with renowned trainer Ronnie Shields following the end of his long partnership with Derrick James. Tszyu enters the bout in far more active form. The Australian has rebuilt after consecutive defeats to Sebastian Fundora and Bakhram Murtazaliev, recording back-to-back victories. He will look to use the home crowd to his advantage. Speaking on The Porterway Podcast, ‘Bud’ confirmed that he would be in attendance for the fight and backing his former rival to win, something he has already told Tszyu. “I’mma be supporting Spence, rooting [for him]. I just like to support fighters … Of course [I’m picking Spence to win]. I told [Tsyzu] to his face.” Spence has admitted that he did consider retirement during his time off, and also that he may consider it again, win, lose or draw. Fans will be watching closely to see how he looks after such a long time out, with many already having written him off after injuries, lifestyle and a serious car accident. The fight takes place on July 25 at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia, with Jermall Charlo and Stephen Fulton booked for the undercard. Errol Spence Jr. is an American professional boxer. He is a former unified champion in the welterweight division, having held the World Boxing Association (WBA) (Super version), World Boxing Council (WBC), and International Boxing Federation (IBF) titles between 2017 and 2023. As an amateur, in the welterweight division, he won three consecutive United States national championships and represented the U.S. at the 2012 Olympics, where he reached the quarter-finals. In 2015, Spence was named Prospect of the Year by ESPN. DANIEL DUBOIS vs FABIO WARDLEY: HIGHLIGHTS #shorts
DANIEL DUBOIS vs FABIO WARDLEY: HIGHLIGHTS #shorts

The Fabio Wardley vs Daniel Dubois fight week events have been opened up to the public in Manchester. Ipswich’s Wardley defends his WBO world heavyweight title to former world champion Dubois this weekend on May 9 at the Co-op Live in Manchester. Fabio Wardley has called for Daniel Dubois to make it “a firefight” straightaway when they box for his WBO heavyweight world title next month. Wardley puts his championship on the line against former world titlist Dubois in Manchester. Dubois is known for his tremendous punching power. He was the last man to beat Anthony Joshua, knocking out the heavyweight star when they clashed at Wembley Stadium in 2024.Since then Dubois lost the IBF title to Oleksandr Usyk but will be looking to become a two-time champion when he fights WBO boss Wardley on May 9. Wardley is a finisher himself, notably when stopping Justis Huni late on and Frazer Clarke early in their rematch. He beat Joseph Parker last year too and is now the WBO heavyweight world champion. He intends to take the fight to Dubois from the first bell. "We have all the intention as a team of getting straight in there and getting straight stuck in, getting into his face and making it a fight, making it a firefight," Wardley told Sky Sports News. Daniel Dubois has all the tools to beat Fabio Wardley comfortably, but he won't utilise them. That is the opinion of 'Triple D's' former trainer Shane McGuigan. The esteemed British coach worked with Dubois for four stoppage wins over Bogdan Dinu, Joe Cusumano, Trevor Bryan and Kevin Lerena between 2021 and 2022. They would subsequently go their separate ways ahead of Dubois' first defeat to Oleksandr Usyk in August 2023, with Don Charles taking over the hot seat. Under Charles' guidance, Dubois strung together a trio of impressive knockout wins over Jarrell Miller, Filip Hrgovic and Anthony Joshua, culminating in a short reign as IBF heavyweight champion. While he would eventually drop the black and gold strap to Usyk in a rematch last July, he has since been handed an immediate title shot against WBO heavyweight champion Wardley on May 9. Anthony Joshua has returned to Oleksandr Usyk's training camp as he continues to step up plans to return. Joshua defeated Jake Paul by brutal KO in December, but was involved in a car accident later that month in Nigeria that killed two of his close friends. For a while it appeared the Briton's boxing future was in doubt, as he took time away to deal with things more important than the sport. But it appears he is closing in on a return to full training camp, having been pictured in training with current unified heavyweight champion Usyk.
