Tijana Bošković (Serbian Cyrillic: Тијана Бошковић; born 8 March 1997) is a Serbian volleyball player for the Serbia women's national volleyball team. She was the leading scorer for the Serbia women's national volleyball team in her debut in the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship, and 2017 Women's European Volleyball Championship.[3] She has won the Serbian Championship title (2013-2014 season) and two Serbian Super Cups (2013 and 2014). Her current club is Eczacıbaşı VitrA since 2015-2016 season. At the national team level she won the European Junior Girls Championship in 2014 and was selected as Most Valuable Player of the tournament. She was the leading scorer for the Serbia Women's National Volleyball Team when she made her debut in the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship. She won a silver medal with the national team in Rio 2016 Olympic Games, a gold medal at the 2017 CEV European Championship and a gold medal at the 2018 FIVB World Championship, where she was selected as the MVP in two consecutive years. At the 2019 European Volleyball Championship she led her team to clinch the European title for the second time in a row and became the MVP. Being selected as the 2019 CEV Female Volleyball Player of the Year, Bošković has recorded an impressive achievement by receiving that award for the third consecutive year. She currently holds women's world record for spike speed of 110.3 km/h. At the 2020 Summer Olympics, Boskovic became the first player to have scored three times 30 points or more in a single match in an olympic tournament. She did it twice in three sets, against Japan with 34 and Korea with 30, but also adding 32 in a four-set defeat to Brazil. She was also the top scorer of the tournament on 192 points in eight matches, averaging a staggering 24 points per match. Boskovic was also the Tokyo 2020 most efficient attacker, striking 165 from a whopping 313 swings for a 52.72% efficiency. She is 1.84 m (6 ft 0 in) tall. She is the daughter of Evaldo Caixeta, a former amateur player with Banco do Brasil Athletic Association. In 2011, she was selected for the Brazil team for the first time and won gold in the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, before becoming an Olympic champion in London in 2012.
