It is said Beach Mode 1 gets you more depth than Beach Mode 2. Settings : Most important is recovery speed. My settings: Recovery Speed - (4) on 800, (2) on 600, long press setting button under this option and you will get a submenu FE2, on 800 I set it to (2). The lower the recovery speed number the slower your swing needs to be. But, the lower the recovery speed the deeper the Nox goes. This option is the setting for depth and pushing the Nox to its max performance. This is for beaches, relic hunting is another world. Please note swing speed has to be a controlled SLOW consistent swing cadence. If your a whipper, set it to 5-6 or leave it alone and run in the default setting. Sensitivity - 18, run as high as possible with no static or chatter Ground Balance - Auto (you can set this to automatic) Tones - 5 Tip, go into set and reject and unmark (-1) and (0). This takes these 2 settings out of the trash can and will treat them as a NON-Ferrous number. It will move these settings into Bin 2. Bin 1 This will help you dial into chains or small jewelry targets that have come in contact with rust.
