Last Great Lines? | Bomba 9b & Bombardino 9a+/9b | Adam Ondra
A perfectly cut, steep and exposed line in the vicinity of Arco, with perfect blue and grey limestone and impeccable tufas, has attracted me since I first noticed it. In 2012, I could bolt the last great line to the right of the wall. A series of 3 beautiful tufa features, with just enough holds in between them. But once the last tufa finishes, it remained a mystery. I bolted it, but I could not really think of any sequence to make that section climbable. I abandoned the project, and 10 years later, I was back to see if something had changed. With a new perspective and experience, I could finally see a way how to pass through this section while I got also distracted by a bit easier variation, which turned out to be not easy at all. It was a great process of spending there great days with my friends, bolting together, being motivated to deal with often freezing conditions, and sharing the beta. LIONS MIT BLICK AUF SONNTAG 💙 Am 27. Dezember ab 17:30 Uhr endet das Basketball-Jahr für die PS Karlsruhe LIONS mit einem herausfordernden Heimspiel. Zu Gast am 13. Spieltag der BARMER 2. Basketball Bundesliga ProA sind die Eisbären Bremerhaven, die sich im bisherigen Saisonverlauf erst eine Niederlage, am 13. Dezember bei den Bayer Giants Leverkusen, geleistet haben. Die Favoritenrolle ist damit klar, denn die LIONS befinden sich zudem in einer kleinen Krise. Vier der vergangenen fünf Begegnungen gingen verloren, einen Erfolg feierte man ausgerechnet gegen die Bayer Giants. Die Jungs lassen allerdings ihr Talent gewissermaßen teilweise aufblitzen, so auch in der Anfangsphase gegen die Tübinger im vergangengen Spiel. Können die Lions diese Leistung über 40 Minuten abrufen am Sonntag? Es bleibt spannend! Mammut Youth Climbing Cup und Lead-Schweizermeisterschaft Näfels 2016
Nationale Sportkletterserie des Schweizer Alpen-Club SAC: Dritter Lead-Wettkampf der Mammut Youth Climbing Cup-Serie 2016 und gleichzeitig die Schweizermeisterschaft der U16, U14 und U12 (10-15-jährige Athleten). Durchgeführt am 27. August 2016 in der Lintharena Näfels. Organisiert durch das SAC-Regionalzentrum Sportklettern Linthgebiet-Sarganserland.
Mammut Youth Climbing Cup Näfels 2013
Am 24. August hat in der Linth-Arena in Näfels der vierte und zweitletzte Mammut Youth Climbing Cup 2013 stattgefunden. Geklettert wurde in der Disziplin Lead. Der Anlass wurde durch das neue SAC-Regionalzentrum Sportklettern Linthgebiet-Sarganserland organisiert.
