Liverpool Fans Can't Understand Why N'Golo Kante's Handball Wasn't A Penalty Liverpool fans are furious that they didn't receive a penalty vs Chelsea - with N'Golo Kante's handball in the second half going unpunished. Roberto Firmino drifted into the Blues box and attempted to flick the ball over Kante's head. Instead, the ball struck the Frenchman's outstretched arm and bounced away as Liverpool players protested. No penalty was awarded despite the ball clearly striking Kante and many are confused as to why. Earlier this evening saw Fulham denied an equaliser vs Tottenham Hotspur due to a handball by Mario Lemina, who had his arm by his side. Rules are different when it comes to attackers and defenders in the box, but many watching at home have grown frustrated with inconsistencies in decision making.
