Olympian Tori Bowie Dead at 32
Three-time Olympic medalist and two-time world champion, Tori Bowie, has died. The Mississippi native majored in psychology at the University of Southern Mississippi while competing on the track and field team. At the 2016 Rio Olympics, Bowie won a silver medal in the 100-meter race and bronze in the 200. She ran the anchor leg for the U.S. 4x100m relay. That team brought home the gold medal. A cause of death has not been publicly given. Tori Bowie was 32 years old.

Brazilian soccer icon Pelé has died. The legendary footballer had been battling health issues for more than a year. Pelé is considered one of the greatest players of all time. The three time World Cup winner first made his mark in professional soccer as a teenager. After a decades-long career, Pelé retired to become a goodwill ambassador for what he called “The Beautiful Game. Survived by his wife and six children, Pelé was 82 years old.

NBA star Andre Drummond is being hailed a hero after rescuing his 2-year-old son from a potential drowning. Drummond, who just signed with the Philadelphia 76ers, was enjoying an afternoon by the pool, when suddenly, little Deon fell into the water. Without hesitation, Drummond leaped into the water with all of his clothes on. Drummond posted surveillance video from the incident on social media and called the incident "a parent's worst nightmare." Fortunately, the little boy is OK. #InsideEdition

Former MasterChef Jr. Competitor Dies at 14
A former contestant on “MasterChef Jr.” has died. Ben Watkins was 11 years old when he appeared on season six of the food competition show. Watkins, who was from Gary, Indiana, passed away after a year-and-half-long battle with a rare cancer called angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma. Gordon Ramsey, a judge on the show, tweeted: “Ben you were an incredibly talented home cook and even stronger young man. Your young life had so many tough turns but you always persevered.”
Toronto Raptors President Was Pushed by a Sheriff’s Deputy
Newly released body cam footage shows that Toronto Raptors President Masai Ujiri didn't start the altercation with an Alameda County sheriff's deputy in the moments after the team's historic victory over the Golden State Warriors during the 2019 NBA Finals. The video shows that Ujiri tried to walk onto the court to celebrate with the team before he was stopped by Deputy Alan Strickland. Strickland grabbed Ujiri by the suit jacket and shoved him back as he told him to "back the f*** up."
