Accra Great Olympics this evening picked up their first 3points at home after defeating Accra Lions by 3-1. The Dade boys who began their campaign away from home drew 1-1 with RTU but ensured the maximum 3points by beating newly promoted Accra Lions in the City Derby. Maxwell Abbey gave Olympics the lead in the first and Lions fought back through Richmond Tetteh Ankrah for the equalizer 56mins Maxwell Abbey scores twice in the space of 4mins, his second in the 64mins and completed his hat trick in the 68mins to ensure the home team runaway as winners by 3-1. This is his first hat trick and the first in this season's Ghana Premier League 2021/22. Olympics now have 4points whilst Lions are left with a point from 2 games.
