We made this video a few days after the 2018 NHL Entry Draft two years ago, but I wanted to revisit this topic because I don't think I did the first upload justice all those years ago. In this video, we're going to talk about the Vancouver Canucks, and Jim Benning's draft list of the top 7 prospects in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. The Canucks ultimately went with Quinn Hughes 7th overall, who has proved everyone in Vancouver right that he was a great pickup. However, news from the time suggests that Hughes wouldn't have been a high pickup on their draft list, and that a few other guys could potentially have gone instead, had the team had the choice.
