Newcastle United travelled to the Etihad Stadium to take on Manchester City in the Premier League and once again came away empty handed. Pretty much a training session for Manchester City as they never really had to get out of first gear. Newcastle United were once again so poor with no passion or belief that they could get anything from this Premier League match. Steve Bruce said he was happy they responded to the Brentford defeat but personally I didn't see it. It was awful from the off and to make us all feel better, it's Liverpool next!
