Partridge, in just his second game in the Intrust Super Cup competition, opened the scoring in the second half and helped set the tone for the rest of the match where the visitors ran in for a total of five second half tries. Tyson Gamble - who coach Adam Mogg earlier in the week credited with helping turn the fortunes of the club around - was also true with his boot, slotting seven from eight conversion attempts.
