Gerard Andrus scored a game-high 20 points to lead Prairie View A&M to a win over Alabama A&M 69-54. Darius Williams and Devonte Patterson each provided 12 points for the Panthers (11-11 and 7-2 in the SWAC). Prairie View trailed 8-0 to start the game and never led in the first half. However, the Panthers came out in the second half on a flurry and outscored Alabama A&M 43-25 in the last 20 minutes of the matchup. Garrett Hicks led the Bulldogs (5-15, 2-7) with 16 points. Cameron Alford addd 14 points for Alabama A&M. The Bulldogs have now lost six straight contests.

Jameica Cobb produced a double-double, scoring 12 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, as Alabama A&M defeated Prairie View A&M 54-44. Cobb also contributed five assists, one steal, and one block. Dariauna Lewis added 11 points and seven rebounds for the Lady Bulldogs (8-11). Trailing 7-0 in the early going, Alabama A&M fell behind by eight points heading into the second quarter. However, the Lady Bulldogs responded and went on a 17-4 run in the second quarter to lead 31-26 at the half. Alabama A&M, which led by as many as 13 points in the second half, never looked back. Ke' Asia Williams scored a game-high 13 points and pulled down five rebounds for the Lady Panthers (7-13).
