Asociația Fotbal Club Unirea 04 Slobozia, , commonly known as AFC Unirea Slobozia or simply as Unirea Slobozia, is a Romanian football club based in Slobozia, Ialomița County, currently playing in the Liga III. Unirea was founded in 1955, then re-founded in 2004, being for almost all its history a classic Liga III team. Unirea had four seasons spent in the second tier, Liga II, in the early 1990s and between 2012 and 2015, when "the yellow and blues" also obtained the best rank, a 3rd place, just behind two top-flight regular clubs, Poli Iași and Rapid.
