Rangers Football Club is a Scottish professional football club based in the Govan district of Glasgow which plays in the Scottish Premiership. Although not its official name, it is often referred to as Glasgow Rangers.

Globe Life Park in Arlington is a multi-purpose stadium in Arlington, Texas, located between Dallas and Fort Worth. Originally built as a baseball park, it was home to the Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball and the Texas Rangers Baseball Hall of Fame from 1994 through 2019, when the team vacated the stadium for Globe Life Field.

Rangers Football Club was founded in 1872 and is one of the 11 original members of the Scottish Football League and remained in the top division continuously until the liquidation of The Rangers Football Club PLC, at the end of the 2011–12 season, when the club was demoted to the fourth tier. The clubs home ground, Ibrox Stadium, is in the south-west of Glasgow, Scotland.

Rangers F.C. B Team and Academy

In addition to their senior squad, Rangers Football Club also operate a football Academy which contains a number of football teams culminating in a B team, which currently participates in the Lowland League on a one-season basis as well as friendly challenge matches against various domestic and European sides in accordance with the academy's development plan, having declined the option to continue in the SPFL Reserve League despite winning the competition in 2019. Historically, the club's second side was known as the Rangers Swifts.

Rangers played their first official match in competitive European football on 2 October 1956. To date, the club has featured in over 300 matches and played in three UEFA sanctioned tournaments as well as an additional two other European competitions, namely the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup and the European Super Cup.
