CS Dunărea Turris Turnu Măgurele

Clubul Sportiv Dunărea Turris Turnu Măgurele, commonly known as Dunărea Turris Turnu Măgurele and unofficially known as Cetatea Turnu Măgurele, is a Romanian football club based in Turnu Măgurele, Teleorman County, founded in 1962 and refounded in 2021. The team was established in 1962 under the name of Chimia Turnu Măgurele and until 1990 was financially sustained by the local chemical plant.

The Royal Navy launched the first all-aircraft ship-to-ship naval attack in history, employing 21 Fairey Swordfish biplane torpedo bombers from the aircraft carrier HMS Illustrious in the Mediterranean Sea.
